Travel to Cologne

Cologne is served by three international airports. Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN) is the closest to the venue. To get from Cologne Bonn Airport to Cologne city centre, you can take either a taxi or use public transport. Trains depart every 20-30 minutes (duration 15-25 minutes).
Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) is also conveniently placed.  To get from the airport to Cologne, you can take  a regional train. Trains depart every 20-30 minutes (duration 45-60 minutes).
Especially for intercontinental flights, Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is another option. You may book a ticket for the high-speed train Intercity-Express (ICE) in advance or on site to get from Frankfurt to Cologne (duration about one hour).

Travelling to Cologne by train is always a good choice as the main station Köln Hauptbahnhof is in the city centre. In cooperation with Deutsche Bahn and the Cologne Convention Bureau, we can offer a special reduced price ticket.
